ORDER

Heard Mr.D.Pradeep, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant.

2. On instructions, it is represented by the learned counsel for the applicant that attempts were made by the Advocate Commissioner to repossess the equipments from the respondent and after such attempts were made, the respondents have paid part payments to the applicant.

3. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the applicant would

submit that this application can be closed. However, he would submit that liberty may be granted to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner, in case the need arises for the applicant to do so in the near future.

4. The learned Advocate Commissioner has also submitted a report to this Court. The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a memo seeking for additional remuneration. An initial remuneration of Rs.25,000/- has already been paid to the Advocate Commissioner. The equipments are in Karnataka. The Advocate Commissioner had visited the premises of the respondent for the purpose of executing the warrant of commission.

5. This Court directs the applicant to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this application is closed. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner in case the need arises for the applicant to do so in the near future. 05.06.2025 kkn ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.
