Admittedly, the review petitioner crossed the age limit for selection and appointment to the post of Helper (Electrical) in Electricity Department. That being so, the issue raised has lost its relevance. Moreover, the petitioner has not established any error apparent on the face of record. Therefore, the review application stands dismissed.
