O R D E R

Mr. M.R.Jothimanian, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court in W.P. No.33695 of 2013 dated 03.01.2017, was not

complied by the respondent. Hence, the Petitioner has filed the present Contempt Petition before this Court.

3. Today, i.e., 06.11.2017 when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that final orders have been passed by the respondent in proceedings in Ref.No.4104/79/2017-2018 dated: 04.11.2017 and a copy of the proceedings has been communicated to the petitioner. He also submitted a copy of the said proceedings before this Court and the same shall be a form part of the records.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly admitted that the said proceedings has been received from the counsel for the respondent.

5. In view of the above submission and the aforesaid order passed by the respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed.
