Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to pass an order of writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to survey the land by meets and bounds in the name of the petitioners in respect of the properties, 'A' Schedule property Comprised in Old Survey No.232/14G1 Part 1534 sq.ft., New Survey No.232/15Q1, part 3722 sq.ft., vide Patta No.10821, with an total extent of 5256 sq.ft., and 'B' schedule property Comprised in Old Survey No.232/14G1 Part 2458 sq.ft., New Survey No.232/15Q1, part 2765 sq.ft., vide Patta No.10821, with an total extent of 5223 sq.ft situated at Morai Village, Avadi Taluk, Tiruvallur District, by considering the Petitioners' representations dated 05.11.2019, 18.09.2020, and 09.03.2021.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to survey the land by meets and bounds in the name of the petitioners in respect of the properties, 'A' Schedule property Comprised in Old Survey No.232/14G1 Part 1534 sq.ft., New Survey No.232/15Q1, part 3722 sq.ft., vide Patta No.10821, with an total extent of 5256 sq.ft., and 'B' schedule property Comprised in Old Survey No.232/14G1 Part 2458 sq.ft., New Survey No.232/15Q1, part 2765 sq.ft., vide Patta No.10821, with an total extent of 5223 sq.ft situated at Morai Village, Avadi Taluk, Tiruvallur District, by considering the Petitioners' representations dated 05.11.2019, 18.09.2020, and 09.03.2021. 2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 21.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the third respondent/Tahsildar. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 21.05.2021.
