ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 06.30 p.m., until Page No.1 of 5

further orders imposed in para No.5(b) in order dated 08.01.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.273 of 2025 in Crime No.905 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.273 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
