This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records relating to the Memorandum passed by the respondent in Page No.1 of 4

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the respondent/authority in regard to the service benefits.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent/authority in regard to the service benefits. No costs.
