.. Respondents/Respondents Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 70/71 to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court for disobeying the order dated 08.10.2015 made in W.A.1034 of 2015.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The limited controversy in the contempt petition sought to be raised now is that while passing the order dated 08.10.2015, setting aside the order of the learned single Judge and quashing the recovery process for alleged excess payment, it has been observed that this was so being done, as the impugned proceedings cannot adjudicate over the settlement arrived at between the Society and its employees and nullify the settlement. It is the plea of the petitioner that the payments which have been made to the petitioner are not as per the settlement.

2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the payments have been made as per the settlement.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the respondents to send a communication to the petitioner within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order indicating the calculation of the amounts paid and as to how they comply with the settlement. If still the amount is unpaid, the same should also be remitted within the same period of time.

4. Necessary directions in this behalf be made to

the society in question.
