O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to cancel the patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.J.Selvarajan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. On going through the materials placed before this Court, it is seen that the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents 1 2/4

and 3, whereas, it is the second respondent, who is the competent authority to deal with the grievance expressed by the petitioner. Hence, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation to the second respondent along with all the documents and on receipt of the same, the second respondent shall call for enquiry and afford an opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation from the petitioner.
