Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondents to issue suitable Orders appointing appropriate officer to take action on the complaint dated 23.10.2015 in accordance to law. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondents to issue suitable Orders appointing appropriate officer to take action on the complaint dated 23.10.2015 in accordance to law. 2/5

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired and closed.

3. In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition is closed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by such closure, he can take due course of law following the procedure contemplated under Criminal Procedure Code. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition filed for police protection and impleading petition are closed. No costs. 04.11.2022 vrc To,
