On 14.03.2023, this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Whereas, before the order get signed, His Lordship directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to file a fresh application with crime number.
