3. By consent of the parties, this main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, directing the third respondent to give permission to solemnize the marriage of his daughter on 13.03.2019 at Echnari Arulmigu Vinayagar Temple, Coimbatore.

Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second and third respondents, based on instructions, submitted that already permission was granted to the petitioner to perform his daughter's marriage on 13.03.2019 (tomorrow) at the third respondent-Temple. Therefore, he submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
