ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner herein unnecessarily any longer in future under the pretext of some enquiry.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R. No.42 of 2015 and the same has been closed on 03.02.2020. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition stands closed.
