This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint in 148/DC.CCB/11/PE/2015 dated 20.02.2015 and conduct the investigation within a specified period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, petition enquiry was conducted on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.02.2015 and closed on 22.02.2015, on the ground that, the proof of forged signature has not been given by the petitioner. 4.Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent to re-open the enquiry and the petitioner is directed to produce the necessary proof with regard to the alleged signature to the respondent police.

With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
