O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed by the first respondent exercising its power under Section 145 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The order was passed on 14.12.2011 on the basis of the situation that was prevailing at the point of time. It is nearly seven years since the order was passed.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that the fourth respondent already expired.

3. Taking into consideration at the length of time, since the impugned order was passed, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this Criminal Revision Petition.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
