Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the offence committed by the petitioner under Section 304(A) of IPC is bailable in nature, therefore, the only option available to the petitioner is to surrender before the Court concerned and obtain bail.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
