Sole respondent died, RR2 to 4 are brought on record as LRs of the deceased sole respondent vide order of Court dated 03.09.2024 in S.A.No.317 of 2015.

The Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of CPC, against the judgment and decree made in A.S.No.3 of 2013 dated 11.07.2013 on the file of the I Additional Sub Court, Cuddalore, reversing the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.571 of 2008 dated 31.10.2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore.

JUDGMENT

The learned Counsel appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of this Second Appeal as the matter was settled out of the Court between the parties and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
