ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register a case against the petitioner's complaint dated 28.06.2015, investigate the same and file a final report within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.318 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.318 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
