Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Counsel for the Respondents.

Pending Writ Petition, the petitioner herein has filed Contempt Petition alleging that, at the time of admission, this Court has passed interim order on 27.03.2019 to maintain status quo de hors of that the respondents have deleted the name of the petitioner in the Online Website and now the property is described as "Government Anadheenam" which is a contemptuous Act and liable for penalty. The manner in which the patta given to the petitioner requires a deep enquiry and consideration and therefore, to avoid further alienation or complication in the issue, it is advisable that the revenue records, till the disposal of the review by the Commissioner of Land Acquisition, shall maintain the nature of the property as "Government Anadheenam" so that, no third party interest will be created. 2/3

3. In the light of the above facts, this Court finds that the contempt petition deserves no consideration and hence, the Contempt Petition is dismissed. No costs.
