This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.35556 of 2015, dated

2. The learned Additional Advocate General has submitted that as per the direction of this Court in the said writ petition, the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2014 was considered by the respondent and the same was rejected on 19.07.2017.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
