This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court i.e., learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai on 1st working day of every week at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9654 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed and thereafter on court hearing dates.
