Today, when the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents filed counter which states that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner the shop of the 5th respondent was inspected by the Assistant Revenue Officer, Zone-IV on 04.07.2016. Thereafter, notice under Section 287 and 288 of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act, 1919 dated 05.07.2016 has been issued to the 5th respondent. After notice 5th respondent has closed and vacated the metal casting shop from the said location.

3. In such view of the matter, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
