The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for the early disposal of the Suit in O.S. No.577 of

2016 on the file of the Sub-Court, Avinashi, Tiruppur District. For Petitioners : Mr.K.Govi Ganesan ORDER:

According to the petitioner, the petitioner / plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.577 of 2016 for partition and separate possession. The respondent herein / defendant filed written statement. Now, the case is posted for framing of issues. At this stage, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for early disposal of the suit.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that an IA is also pending in the above suit. Further, the plantiffs 4 and 5 and the first defendant is the senior citizen. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court.

3. By considering the aforesaid facts that the plaintiffs 4 and 5 are the senior citizens, this Court is inclined to direct the court below to dispose of the suit in OS.No.577 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
