Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 & 2 from blocking the 30 ft service road/pathway/cart track from Manapakkam Village to the petitioner's property in Survey No.176/1, Patta No.1970 at No.78, Manapakkam Village, Sriperumbudur-Kancheepuram District under the guise of constructing retaining walls in the Adyar river at Manapakkam Village.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 & 2 from blocking the 30 feet service road/pathway/cart track from Manapakkam Village to the petitioner's property in Survey No.176/1, Patta No.1970 at No.78, Manapakkam Village, Sriperumbudur-Kancheepuram District under the guise of constructing retaining walls in the Adyar river at Manapakkam Village.

2. The counsel on record for the petitioner has already filed a memo stating that he has given change of Vakalat and the bundle has also been returned back to the client.

3. This Court considered the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and also the materials available on record. Considering the nature of relief sought for and also taking note of the fact that a suit has already been filed in O.S.No.102 of 2018 before the competent civil Court, the petitioner has to workout her remedy before the civil Court and no orders can be passed in this writ petition.

4. This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Consequently, W.M.P.No.8047 of 2019 is closed. No costs.
