2. As no adverse orders have been passed in Arb.Appln.No.79 of 2024 so far. Therefore, I see no impediment in allowing this application for amending the description of the vehicle as there was a genuine mistake in the description of the vehicle in the Judge's Summons. Accordingly, this Application stands closed.

3. The applicant is directed to carry out necessary corrections in Arb.Appln.No.79 of 2024.

4. The applicant is also directed to file a clean copy of the arbitration application incorporating the above corrections.
