The suit has been filed for partition and to allot the plaintiff's 1/3rd share of the suit scheduled properties.

2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated, 14.03.2025 the matter was referred to Mediation and the parties have appeared before the Mediation Center for settling the dispute among themselves. A Mediation Report has been received from the Mediation Center stating that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties in terms of the Settlement Agreement annexed with the said Report. Learned counsels appearing on either side would acknowledge the said Report and the Settlement Agreement.
3. In view of the same, the suit is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement that had been entered into between the parties. The said Settlement Agreement shall also be annexed to this judgment.
4. Considering the fact that the parties have agreed to comply either jointly or individually, the respective Companies as mentioned in the Settlement Agreement for separating up the shares as shown in the tabulation of Paragraph No.6 (a), requests the concerned Companies to do the needful at the earliest within a period of eight (8) weeks from making such application. This direction is given considering the age of the parties. 2/4
5. Registry is directed to refund the Court fees to the plaintiff. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous applications is closed.
