Respondent Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to impugned order of respondent dated 02.12.2013, whereby refusing to register petitioner's deed of cancellation dated 02.12.2013 executed to cancel the sale agreement dated 15.09.2006, registered as Document No.7916/2006 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to impugned order of respondent dated 02.12.2013, whereby refusing to register petitioner's deed of cancellation dated 02.12.2013 executed to cancel the sale agreement dated 15.09.2006, registered as Document No.7916/2006 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
