When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has already been completed; the charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file before the Special Judge, AntiLand Grabbing Court, Coimbatore.
