O R D E R

The order passed by this Court on 04.03.2016 is very specific and liberty was given to the petitioner to

approach the Director of School Education, DPI Campus, College Road, Chennai-6. However, a representation was given to some other authority.

2. In such view of the matter, there is no wilfull disobedience on the part of the respondents and the contempt petition is dismissed. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time granted by the order of this Court dated 04.03.2016 is extended for a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for giving fresh representation to the Director of School Education, DPI Campus, College Road, Chennai-6. The dismissal of the contempt petition will not stand in the way of the petitioner giving fresh representation. As and when such representation is received, the said authority is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks thereafter.
