Prayer:- S.A. No.2000 of 2000 and S.A. No.2001 of 2000 have been filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the decree and judgment dated 30.09.1999 passed by the learned Additional Special Judge , Krishnagiri in A.S. No 54/95 and in A.S.No.53 of 1995 reversing the judgment and decree dated 17.12.1993 passed by the learned District Munsif, Krishnagiri in O.S.No.271 of 1985 and O.S. No.205 of 1987 respectively.
For Appellant : Mr.C.R. Muralidharan For Respondent : Mr.N.E.A. Dinesh for R2 in S.A. 2000/2000 and Sole respondent in S.A. 2001/2000.
J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo informing that the appellant in both second appeals died and no one is contacting their counsel. It is seen from the earlier https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
notes that on 11.12.2017, the learned counsel for the appellant represented that the appellant in both appeals and the first respondent in S.A. No.2000 of 2000 died. It is also represented that the appellant died on 23.06.2007 and the first respondent died on 14.09.2000. Hence, the both appeals are dismissed as abated. No costs.
