ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a limited prayer for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to issue refund voucher for the excess payment of Rs.1,44,000/- along with interest in accordance with Section 24(4) of the Tamil Nadu General Sales Tax Act, 1959 on the basis of the representation dated 3.9.2014 followed by the reminder dated 15.12.2014 made by the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer, this Court directs the respondent-Commercial Tax Officer, Gobichettipalayam Assessment Circle to take up the petitioner's application forthwith and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
