This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No. 272 of 2011 pending on the file of the first respondent-Police, insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.272 of 2011, final report was filed through efiling on 18.11.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN-20220002575C202400523 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Sankagiri.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
