In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the Lookout Circular issued against the petitioner. It is represented by both sides that in pursuant to the issuance of such Lookout Circular, the petitioner was arrested and thereafter, granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5295 of 2017 dated 20.03.2017 and the condition imposed was also subsequently relaxed in Crl.M.P.No.18.04.2017 dated 18.04.2017.

2.In view of the above said fact, both sides submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon. 3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
