13 IYYAPPAN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the Judgment and decree in AS 42/2018 dt. 21/11/2019 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Vridachalam in reversing of the Judgment and Decree in OS 150/2008 dt. 24/08/2018 on the file of II Additional District Munsif court, vridachalam. (CMP.10596/2020 in SA.188/2020) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.RAGHAVACHARI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking stay in A.S.No.42 of 2018 granting a decree for declaration and injunction. Since the decree is one for declaration and injunction, the proper application would be one for suspension of the decree for injunction therefore, this petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application.
