ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 19.06.2015 in CSR.No.375 of 2015, pending on the file of respondent Police and to file a final report. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.06.2015 and across the Bar, a copy of the closure report has also been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
