This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to stay at Mayavaram and report before the Mayavaram Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. for the period of two months in the above Crl.O.P.No.2524 of 2023 dated 08.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as petitioner's leg was amputated, he sought help from his family, but they are not ready to accompany him to comply with the condition. Therefore, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that so far, the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed by this court.

4. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily evening at 05.30 p.m. for the period of three months.

5. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 3781 of 2023 vide order dated 08.02.2023 shall remain unalterted.

6. Time is extended for the period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 17.03.2023 rpp 2/3
