Respondents Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of the Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.27309 of 2014 on 30.09.2014.

ORDER

This Court vide order dated 30.09.2014 disposed of Crl.O.P.No.27309 of 2014 with a direction to the first

respondent to deal with the complaint received, in accordance with the directions of the Hon'ble Apex Court as stated therein and in the event of the F.I.R., being registered, the same has to be investigated and final report be filed as expeditiously as possible and in the event of failure on the part of the first respondent to exercise statutory duty cast on him, in the light of the directions already issued in the said order, it is always open for the petitioner to invoke Sections 154(3) and 156(3) Cr.P.C.

2.Since the said order has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court with this contempt petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that as per the earlier order of this Court, appropriate enquiry was conducted by the respondents on the complaint of the petitioner and the same had been closed.

4.Recording the said statement made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Contempt Petition is closed however, with a direction to the respondents to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
