ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.02.2022, at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 9(l), 9(n) r/w 10 POCSO Act, in Crime No.44 of 2022 seeks bail.

2. The petitioner is the father of the victim girls aged about 16 and 14. After the awareness program conducted in school, victim girls came to know that they have been abused by their father sexually and hence the complaint has been lodged by the victim girls.

3. The 164 statement of the victim girls indicates that the petitioner has committed penetrative sexual assault against the victim girls.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation not yet completed. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, since, the investigation is yet to be completed and the relationship between the petitioner and the victim girl is very close, this Court is of the view that release of the petitioner at this juncture will tamper the investigation.
