This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings vide Tel.S-769/2013 dated 06.09.2013 and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Udhayakumar learned counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions submits that this Court may permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition.
