Today, 03.10.2024, when the case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he received a letter from the appellant, P.Annamalai Samy, on 26.09.2024, stating that he had settled the matter with the respondents and is willing to withdraw the second appeal.
