The petitioner seeks for payment of compensation for the alleged demolition of the compound wall of the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the court bundle today seeking liberty for the petitioner to approach the civil court for the redressal of the petitioner's grievance as raised in this writ petition.
