Learned Counsel for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Second Appeal in Case No. 30003/Enquiry/F/2013 has been disposed by order dated 27.01.2014 and he has produced a copy of the same, which is placed on record. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
