ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 19.12.2014 given by the petitioner and investigate according to law expeditiously. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.708 of 2014.
4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.708 of 2014 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
