Respondent(s) PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the order of the 2nd respondent herein in Rc.No.C2/07/2025 dated 11.02.2025 passed against the petitioner's husband the detenu namely DHANASEKARAN, son of Mari aged about 42 years as a DRUG OFFENDER, who is confined at Central prison, Cuddalore and set aside the same, consequently directing the respondents herein to produce the detenu before this court and set him at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for

the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.1643, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 28.03.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
