By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard Mr.R.Jayaprakash, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel for the fifth respondent.

3.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2014.

4.According to the petitioner, the name of the fifth respondent has been wrongly included in the patta.

5.However, this issue is not gone into in the Writ Petition and it is left open to the petitioner to agitate the same before the fourth respondent. Accordingly, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2014, and after notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and any other persons who are likely to be aggrieved by any order that may be passed and after affording personal hearing, pass a reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
