PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the second respondent to produce the petitioner's minor daughter namely Kanishka Sri, aged about 15 years, who is under the illegal custody of the third respondent before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner.

ORDER
(Order of this Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) When the petitioner's minor daughter viz., Kanishka Sri, aged about 15 years went missing from 31.07.2023, her complaint dated 01.08.2023 in this regard came to be registered by the respondent police under the caption 'girl missing in F.I.R.No.185 of 2023. In this background, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. Today, the respondent police have secured the petitioner's minor daughter and produced her before us. When we interacted with the child, she expressed that she intends to live under the care and protection of her mother.
3. In view of the statement made by the petitioner's minor daughter, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
