ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in FIR No.1174 of 2005 dated 17.12.2005 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.1174 of 2005 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.292 of 2006 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur and NBW is pending against the petitioner from 27.04.2012.

4. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of this order, and on such surrender, he shall be released on bail on the same day, on he furnishing a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur. If the petitioner does not surrender within four weeks, the respondent police is directed to form a special team to arrest him and remand him to custody. If thereafter, the petitioner absconds, a fresh FIR shall be registered against him u/s 229-A IPC. With the above direction, this petition is closed. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CCC) /true copy/ Sub Asst.
