We have heard the petitioner in person. We have adequate assistance in the matter already. The petitioner seems to be under an impression that all renovation work is permanently stopped. This is not so. The work has been stopped pending creation of the necessary document which would facilitate the renovation work and that document is being finalised in consultation with the UNESCO. 2.Petition is, thus, dismissed.
