2. Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court.

3. Since the respondent had complied the orders of this court, I do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending. In these circumstances, the contempt petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed.
