Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2015 within a stipulated period.

Mr.Akhil Akbar Ali, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2; Mr.Ramesh Venkatachalapathy, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the third respondent. By consent of the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2015 within a stipulated period.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.
4. The learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.
5. In the light of the above submission and the nature of prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
