ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 3rd respondent to take appropriate departmental action against the 4th respondent in view of the Tamil Nadu Police Subordinate Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1955 and other appropriate Rules and regulations.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 26.09.2023.
